Q: When I click on the 'Certificate' button in 'My Progress' section, the 'Certificate' page will not open. A: Your pop-ups are blocked. Click on the yellow bar at the top of the website page and a short list will appear. Choose the second option that appears on this list that says: "Always Allow Pop-Ups from this Site".
